The Ranch
This property originally belonged to Molly?s grandfather who purchased 165 acres and the old ranch house many years ago. The old ranch house, still in use as Dr. Oja?s dental office, is a historical site built by early mountaineer William L. Hallett in 1881.
Our location today is unique because we are only 4 miles from downtown and 1-½ miles to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. At an elevation of 8,200 ft, the view is wonderful from every direction overlooking Mary's Lake with mountains on all sides.
