Our reservation policy requires 50% deposit at the time a reservation is made, payable by check or credit card

Your deposit is refundable should a cancellation occur within 30 days of your scheduled arrival.

If damage should occur you will be charged extra for cleaning or repairs.

Dog friendly. Approved dogs. $15 per day charge required. Call for details.

No smoking allowed in the rooms.

There is a $5.00 charge for keys that are not returned.

There will be a $150 cleaning fee for the House Only for rentals less than a week.
